Environmental
stewardship

We are committed to minimising our environmental impact and optimise our business processes in accordance with our Sustainability Policy, adopted in late 2021.
We ensure the responsible use of resources, protect biodiversity and air quality, and properly dispose of waste in our operations. In addition to strict compliance with Russian environmental laws, we are taking additional steps to protect the environment, promote responsible consumption and encourage recycling.
Occupational safety

The health and safety of our employees is one of our top priorities. We constantly monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and consistently enhance our safety systems. These efforts help us prevent accidents at our properties and protect the health of both our own employees and contract workers.
Our initiatives to improve occupational safety include occupational health and safety training, risk identification and assessment, additional equipment safety checks, injury prevention efforts and regular risk monitoring with the help our of our BIM-based Safety Index.
Community support

We support projects in the areas of education, the environment, cultural heritage and sports along with social welfare and charitable initiatives. Our goal is to facilitate the creation of a favourable environment for community health and economic growth in the regions where we operate.
In 2023, we opened three preschools and one secondary school at our Tarmo, iLona and Galactica residential complexes in St Petersburg.
Respect for the history and traditions of the places where we build properties is one of our fundamental principles. We take part in commemorative events to mark important dates in history, support veterans, and act as a partner for festivals and celebrations in the regions where we operate (Sabantuy, UenFest).
Employee development and support

The priorities outlined in our human resources policy include safeguarding the health and safety of our employees and providing equal opportunities for professional and career development.
We collaborate with leading universities with an industry focus: we collaborate in the development of programmes, conduct guest lectures, and host career fairs and other events on university campuses, and we also offer students opportunities to gain practical work experience with Etalon Group.
Safeguarding the health and safety of our employees is one the priorities of our human resources policy. We provide life and health insurance policies that cover around 4,000 employees.
