We support projects in the areas of education, the environment, cultural heritage and sports along with social welfare and charitable initiatives. Our goal is to facilitate the creation of a favourable environment for community health and economic growth in the regions where we operate.

In 2023, we opened three preschools and one secondary school at our Tarmo, iLona and Galactica residential complexes in St Petersburg.

Respect for the history and traditions of the places where we build properties is one of our fundamental principles. We take part in commemorative events to mark important dates in history, support veterans, and act as a partner for festivals and celebrations in the regions where we operate (Sabantuy, UenFest).

In addition to selecting tender winners, the Committee also appoints technical and economic experts for each tender.
05
We conduct selective audits of counterparties on a quarterly basis based on the following key criteria: quality, adherence to deadlines, safety protocols, fulfilment of contractual obligations, and the amount of receivables owing to Etalon Group. Contractors that fail to pass the audit are removed from the list of approved suppliers and are not considered for contracts for the next 12 months.
